Donate blood and save a life! The Lenexa Chamber of Commerce and the City of Lenexa are partnering again for a blood drive at the Lenexa Community Center.

Make this MLK Day a day on, not a day off by volunteering with Hillcrest Transitional Housing!

We need you. Hillcrest has received a donation of mattresses for our residents and we need help moving them. If you'd like to turn Martin Luther King, Jr. Day into a day of service, please consider helping us load and/or deliver these mattresses to one of our residential sites.

The project will begin around 1:00 p.m. on Monday, January 21, with opportunities to serve near Crown Center or in Kansas City, Kansas. Individuals and groups are welcome, but volunteers must be able to lift, bend and do stairs. For more information or to sign up to participate, please contact Tom Lally at tom@hillcrestkc.org.
