Fostering Inclusive Workplace Climates

During this Lunch and Learn, Jermaine will discuss the role of leadership in fostering inclusion. This includes steps leaders at organizations can take in creating inclusive climates and role modeling inclusive practices, as well as how they can help to debunk negative stereotypes that exist on their teams.

Psychological safety, including understanding what it is, its importance in driving engagement and inclusion, elements of privilege, and how to spot and stop microaggressions will also be discussed.
