There are five generations in today's workforce. Generational differences can lead to miscommunication, conflict, and stressful work environments. Jennifer Olberding, Continuing Education Instructor at Johnson County Community College will discuss how to keep all employees engaged while utilizing the strengths that each generation has to offer in addition to ways to adapt communication and leadership skills to meet the needs of all team members.
